DUNGEONS & DRAGONS is an imaginative storytelling game where anything can happen. You decide what kind of hero you want to be: challenge rampaging monsters, plan a heist, kidnap a noble, or save the world! Play D&D online or in person, all you need are friends and the core rulebooks to start adventuring today!

I love the concept of D&D (and Roleplaying Games as a whole). Getting together with a group of friends to tell a collaborative story of high adventure where no single person is completely in control. As many of you know in my prior life I worked in the performing arts - often as a Director, and the role is not too dissimilar to that of a Dungeon Master; shaping a story and world for you players to inhabit and live their stories out in, providing them with challenges to overcome, and epic moments to remember for the rest of their life is one of the closest moments we as adults get to the joy of "play" that children inhabit in their day-to-day lives.

D&D can be serious, lighthearted, fun, dark or anywhere in between, and finding the playgroup who you "click" with feels great (if managing schedules slightly less so!)
